Customer ServicePayment methods: Velvet Maven gladly accepts Visa, MasterCard, and American Express via PayPal. You may also pay with your ATM, Debit or Check Card as long as it has the Visa or MasterCard logo. Unfortunately, we do no accept money orders or checks.
Shipping: Velvet Maven only ships items within the 48 contiguous United States. All items from Velvet Maven are shipped via UPS and United States Postal Service. Therefore, items cannot be delivered to P.O. Boxes via UPS. Orders are shipped within 24 hours after ordering. Orders placed on weekends and/or holidays will be shipped the next business day. Your package will arrive within 3-5 days following credit card authorization. Deliveries are made Monday through Friday. SATURDAY DELIVERIES ARE AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST. WE DO NOT SHIP OR DELIVER ON HOLIDAYS OR SUNDAYS. If you need a guaranteed arrival time, you may purchase Overnight Shipping at an additional charge. Thank you for shopping with Velvet Maven. If any item you purchase fails to meet your expectations, it may be returned or exchanged. Please call (888) 32-MAVEN (62836) or send an email to Tanya at tanya@velvetmaven.com and receive a Return Authorization Number (RA#). The items (s) MUST be returned to Velvet Maven within 21 days of the shipping date in unworn and perfect condition and accompanied with the original purchase receipt, the tags attached and Invoice Number and the Billing Name must appear on the Return/Exchange Form. Unauthorized returns and exchanges will be refused and returned to the sender. Velvet Maven will be responsible for shipping cost for items that are being exchanged. Those items that are being returned the customer is responsible for the shipping fees.
Velvet Maven promptly credits your credit or debit card upon receipt of the returned items at which time you receive and email confirmation. When an exchange is requested, Velvet Maven credits your credit or debit card upon receipt of the returned items and then bills you for the new items when they are ready to ship.
Sale and/or clearance items and items purchased with discount coupons may be returned only for store credit. Upon receipt of the item, we will issue you a store credit that can only be redeemed at Velvet Maven. Where do I send my returns and exchanges to? Returns and exchanges can be sent to P.O. Change your mind, after you place an order? If you wish to request an order change or cancel an order, please call Velvet Maven or send an email within two hours (2) of placing your order. Cancellations requested beyond the two- hour time frame will be assessed a 15% restocking fee. When you contact Velvet Maven to request an order change or to make a cancellation, please include your name, address, phone number and order number. Velvet Maven cannot accept cancellations once the items are shipped.
How can I track my package? Once an order is placed you should receive a confirmation email within 24 hours. This email will contain your tracking number which can be looked up on www.ups.com or you can also call customer service at 888.326.2836.
